The PENS Project kick off was organised at – Tunisia on March 2017, and organized by Birzeit University, the project coordinator and hosted by SU, and participation form all partners. The kick-off meeting aimed to physically introduce the project consortium partners to each other, to clarify the roles and responsibilities of each partner in the project, to formulate the steering committee of the project, to introduce important financial issues regarding the project, to define collaboration mechanism and tools within the project, and to agree on a working plan for the next six months.
All these goals were successfully achieved; the meeting allowed good networking between partners, also promoted an in-depth discussion of the PENS roadmap and future actions and tasks.
